What is your turn around time?
We can have the 3D scan for you by the next business day. Our floorplans will take 2 business days.
How long do you need to be at the property?
It takes around 45 min per 1000 square feet. So a 3000 sf property should take 2 hours and 15 min.
How long do I need to book in advance?
It really depends but the earlier the better. Usually within one week notice we can have somebody in to help you with your property.
Can I download the 3D?
Unfortunately you cannot download it and it is hosted through a Matterport link.
How do I put this on the MLS?
There is a virtual tour area in your MLS where you can input the link and you can bring up the tour.
